The Imaging and Physics group’s research focus is the field of medical imaging, specifically molecular- (Positron Emission Tomography – PET, Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography – SPECT) and multimodal imaging (PET/CT, SPECT/CT, PET/MRI).

  • Testing new instrumentation for SPECT
  • Optimizing PET and SPECT imaging using patient-individual 3-D printed phantoms
  • Identifying clinical applications of quantitative SPECT/CT
