The research is focused on online processing and evaluation of physiological data for open- or closed-loop control of anesthetic drug dosing. A further topic of research is the development and evaluation of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models using volunteer and patient data. Clinical evaluation of medical devices for patient monitoring and drug dosing supplements the research focus.
