Our research focuses on mechanical ventilation, ventilation-induced injury, and improving our understanding of lung function in collaboration with the Biophysics group (Dr. Navid Bonakdar), Prof. Jana Hutter (Chair of Smart Imaging and Data Profiling), and Prof. Andreas Kist (Department of Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical Engineering, AIBE). In addition, my research interests include infectiology and immunology, with a particular focus on neonatology.
